Dear Yogafriends,

I am happy to participate again in Yoga for Karuna and support the work of Karuna Shechen.

On Oktober 26 I will teach a workshop on the Aṣtanāyikā, eight essential emotional states that are discussed in indian philosophy. All human beings experience these states und move constantly from one to another. If we are able to consciously reflect these states, we are able to move towards the highest of them, that of oneness, where all life is experienced as one.

You can register for my workshop by making a donation on this fundraising page:
Payments are 100% secure. If you cannot  or do not want to participate in my solidarity workshop, you can make a donation on this same fundraising page.

Venue:
Sukha - Yogaschule und Gesundheitszentrum
Am Kreuztor 13
53721 Siegburg - Germany

Date: Oktober 26
Time: 9:30 am - 12 pm

By participating in Yoga For Karuna, we can spread the values of altruism and kindness to as many people as possible. Take part in altruism in action to make this wish come true!

Thank you and see you soon,

Andreas Klein

Founded in 2000 by Matthieu Ricard, Karuna-Shechen advocates and acts for a more altruistic world.

Motivated by 'compassion in action', we support disadvantaged communities in northern India, Nepal and Tibet to break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential.

We provide vulnerable people with health, education and training services, as well as access to water, solar electricity and other sustainable solutions to improve their livelihoods.

On behalf of our beneficiaries and all of us at Karuna-Shechen, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your support.
