Hi everyone,

The Sati yoga Sangha participates in the Yoga For Karuna event to spread the values of altruism and kindness to as many people as possible.

Our solidarity pranayama and anapanasati workshop witll be held at An Seomra yoga, 2/3 Small Crane Square, Sea Road, Galway, Ireland on Saturday 20th of October from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm

You can register for this afternoon workshop by making a donation on this fundraising page.
If you cannot or do not want to participate in the workshop, but still want to support Yoga for Karuna, you can make a donation on this same fundraising page. Our fundraising goal is €300, help us reach it!

By participating in Yoga For Karuna, we wish to support the humanitarian and development projects of the Karuna-Shechen association in India, birthplace of yoga. Yoga For Karuna is a solidarity and collective event during which the Sati yoga Sangha will organize and teach a classes on a voluntary basis with the help of An Seomra yoga in Galway (who are kindly letting us use the room for free).

Thank you and see you soon,

Karuna-Shechen is a humanitarian organization, founded by Matthieu Ricard in 2000, helping communities in India, Nepal and Tibet break the circle of poverty and reach their full potential.

We give people who are vulnerable access to health care, education, training, clean water; solar electricity, and other sustainable solutions and opportunities.

Rooted in the ideal of "compassion in action", we serve others with joy and determination by cultivating altruism in our hearts and actions.

On behalf of our beneficiaries and all of us in Karuna-Shechen, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your support.
