Dear friends,
I am happy to share with you my campaign in support of Karuna-Shechen , a non-profit organization founded by Matthieu Ricard.
Our altruism in action event will take place on June 21st. Together with my yoga students and friends, we will offer up 108 Sun Salutations. One of the students is joining forces with us by running 450km in the Tor Des Glaciers. All the donations from the event will go to Karuna Shechen, to help create a better future for people in need in India, Nepal, and Tibet. Thanks to you, they will be able to benefit from essential health services, access to education, professional training, organic vegetable gardens, and more...
